Tobacco and Vapes Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will take evidence on the supplementary legislative consent memorandum LCM-S6-51b from— Jenni Minto, Minister for Public Health and Women's Health, Professor Linda Bauld OBE, Chief Social Policy Adviser, Fiona Dill, Team Leader for Tobacco and Nicotine, and Katherine Mcgarvey, Lawyer, Scottish Government. 4. Tobacco and Vapes Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider a draft report on supplementary LCM-S6-51b. 5. Public Health Scotland: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 6. Annual Report 2025-26: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the Parliamentary year from 13 May 2025 to 8 April 2026. 7. Session 6 Legacy Report: (In Private) The Committee will consider a draft report.
