1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5, 6, 7 and 8 in private. 2. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Burial (Management) (Scotland) Regulations 2025 (SSI 2025/Draft) Burial and Cremation (Inspection) (Scotland) Regulations 2025 (SSI 2025/Draft) Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2025 (SSI 2025/Draft) 3. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Public Procurement (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/338) 4. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Burial and Cremation (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2024 (2024/335 (C.23)) 5. Criminal Justice Modernisation and Abusive Domestic Behaviour Reviews (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers in this Bill at Stage 1. 6. Police (Ethics, Conduct and Scrutiny) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers in this Bill after Stage 2. 7. Land Reform (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will further consider the Scottish Government's written and oral response to points raised on the delegated powers in this Bill at Stage 1. 8. Framework legislation and Henry VIII powers: The Committee will consider the responses received to the call for views and its approach to oral evidence.
