Scottish Parliament (Recall and Removal of Members) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers in this Bill at Stage 1. 4. Dog Theft (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers in this Bill at Stage 1. 5. Leases (Automatic Continuation etc.) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider an update to its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1. 6. Work programme: The Committee will consider its upcoming session with the Minister for Parliamentary Business.
